Nice hotel but wouldn't stay again.

The room was very comfortable and spacious which was a bonus because I was working in my room for long hours. The location is great if you're not a Bangkok first timer as it's in a quiet area but close enough to Sukhumvit main road and Bechakitti to enjoy those areas with ease. There was some construction going on near our room which was affecting my ability to work so reception kindly moved us to a higher floor. The hotel had nice local amenities nearby, including a great tapas restaurant called Mercado and a 7/11 nearby.

The hotel didn't inform us before arrival that the pool (the main reason we booked in the first place) would be closed for almost half of our stay, which I feel was poor transparency and not very good customer service. This probably would have caused us to change our booking and I suspect the hotel staff knew that, hence why they didn't inform us in advance.

This is the case when I can confidently recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Responsive staff, ready to help with non-standard problems. Comfortable room with a kitchen, microwave, modern washer-dryer, smart heated toilet, and two zoned air conditioners. The air conditioners are very quiet and do not disturb your sleep like in other hotels. Good and stable wi-fi. On the 33rd floor there is a beautiful swimming pool with a gorgeous view and a gym. A restaurant with a terrace on the 28th floor, also with a beautiful view. The rooms were cleaned every day, there were no complaints. A couple of issues were corrected within an hour of our request. Good location of the hotel, the subway is right next to it. The hotel also has a spa, which we took advantage of and were pleased with.

Large kitchen, but small bedroom. The windows are not soundproofed, so we could hear the highway. There is a large flat-screen TV, but not a smart. So we couldn’t watch YouTube or Netflix on it.

Well furnished, nice space.

Room was very nice - it was a studio apartment, spacious and lovely new furniture. Pool was very nice with good views across the city.

Staff were not very friendly - not super helpful. Hard to get a taxi to and from this location and the hotel aren't helpful with booking one.

Convenient, nice location, absolutely enjoyable, we like to come back all the time!

The location close to the MRT station is very convenient. The rooms are spacious (if you book the more expensive room category), modern and clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. The view from the top floor and the pool is very nice. And the washing machine + dryer in the room are very convenient. The bed is very big an comfortable.

There are no convenient stores or vending machines in close proximity available.

Exceptional

The swimming pool on top has amazing views. Staff is very welcoming. We did a room upgrade and went higher floor where the views were astonishing, and we could also early check-in which was very convenient because we landed at 7am after a very long flight and needed shower and sleep. The room is beautifully decorated and the balcony views were beautiful in every morning and at night also. The location is not central, but you have a metro station 100m from the hotel and that takes you everywhere. This side of Bangkok is more modern, so it was what we where looking for. We could also order Grab Eats to the apartment easily, as the delivery boys leave it downstairs in a dedicated space. Hotel also has a beverage and food mini market behind the reception which was convenient for drinks and desert. Great value for money.

Only small details to improove: Not too much space for sun lounging. Only 4 chairs. Problem is, there is no space in the roof for more. It's architecture design issue, not the hotel's fault. The protection glass of the pool should be more maintained so I stays transparent and not affect the view. Food at the restaurant is a bit overpriced, but that was expected for hotel, problem was that the quality didn't match. If we pay higher, food must me also highly prepared. There are better restaurants in Bangkok for less money. The fish we ordered was overfried, for example. Massage center is beautifully decorated and all new, problem is that prices are 3 or 4x higher that you get on the street. Not sure about the quality of massage, as we didn't do it, despite the 30min offer. About that, might as well offer less time, but a voucher for two people. Because the offer was just for one, we didn't went. This is just things to improve, I would stay there again despite these things.

If I would go back to Bangkok, I would definitely stay here again.

The property has everything you need already. Kitchen, water, gym, pool, spa, mini convenience store, etc. It is very convenient location near the metro, within 3 minutes walk.

It is a little bit on the pricier side, but very worth it.

Nice and quiet stay, close to a metro station.

Close to Metro station. Nice rooms. We got upgraded so that was awesome! We had a washing machine in the room but no cleaning detergent, no soap for the kitchen sink or a sponge. But the room was lovely, and we enjoyed it. The pool was also great with only 4 sunbeds. Staff were very responsive and cooperative and spoke English which was great. Spa prices were very high. It was very convenient in location to the conference place. Had a nice and quiet stay.

Breakfast could become better. Spa rates were expensive.

Fantastic hotel - I never understand why it's not busier - but that's half the appeal for me. Great pool, good gym & good restaurant often all to myself. Don't tell anyone!

Amazing staff. Need to address earthquake damage

Amazing staff - they were super helpful and anticipated what I needed, very impressed. Room was spacious and comfortable. You can't get a better location if you love the park and want to have access to all the food options in the convention center. Also being right next to the metro line makes it super easy to get around the city and avoid traffic.

Still lots of earthquake damage, which is expected, but they never mentioned all the cracks in the walls in the room. When I messaged them about the safety of the building structure, they did not respond. So they can do better with letting people know if the big cracks are superficial and it would help to tell customers if the building has passed inspection of structural damage after the earthquake. Also the lights in the elevator have been broken for weeks so you can hardly see anything, even the buttons for which floor to press.

Most convenient place to stay for the conference center

This is just across the road from the Queen Sirikit Conference Center and is the most convenient hotel to stay at. More of a serviced apartment and there were great amenities including a washing machine. If you are worried about the water quality, the hotel provides plenty of bottled water. The infinity pool at the top was nice. The gym near the pool had great views of the city and modern, clean equipment. The subway station is a 5-minute walk and super convenient. Overall great value for the money

If you are not attending a meeting or conference at the Queen Sirikit Conference center, I would imagine there are more convenient places to stay. Although I thought this was an excellent "value for money" place to stay, this was by no means luxurious (if that is what you are after).
